This Week in Psychoactives 10.25.19 Will Also Be Delayed

If you’ve been paying attention during the last couple weeks you probably already know that all of my free time has been dedicated to preparing for my wedding, which took place last weekend. In case your wondering, it was an amazing time! Since I was putting my energy into my personal life instead of this blog, last week’s psychoactive drug news roundup post was delayed until further notice.

Well, the wedding is behind us now and I finally got around to publishing last week’s psychoactive drug news roundup post just a few moments ago, but I still haven’t gotten started on this week’s roundup post yet. It will take me a while to create it, but it should come out sometime this weekend or next week. You’ll have to wait until it’s ready—thanks for your patience!

Think Wilder Is Taking a Two-Week Break

As I mentioned in yesterday’s YouTube video, after four years of running this blog and pumping out weekly psychoactive roundups without any skipped weeks, I will be going on vacation for the next couple weeks and will not be coming out with any new blog posts or YouTube videos until after I return. That means that the weekly psychoactives roundup will be on hold for a couple weeks and I’m also going to stay away from social media during that time as well. I can’t wait to share my trip with y’all when I return, so stay tuned for that and until then—keep thinking wilder!

Introducing the Think Wilder YouTube Channel

After thinking about it for a couple years, I’ve finally made the plunge and started the Think Wilder YouTube channel today. This channel will be used to explore psychoactive drugs, spirituality, technology, and personal development in a video format. I have essentially zero experience with producing videos but I’m looking forward to learning the ropes and hope that after some time and effort I’ll be producing the quality of content that I am striving to send out into the world. At any rate, I’ve commemorated the launch of my YouTube channel by launching two videos:

In this first YouTube video I cover the intentions behind my decision to start this channel and what I hope to accomplish with it.

And the second video is the first in a weekly video series where I highlight a few of the most important stories in psychoactive drug news. “Last Week in Psychoactives” as a video companion piece to supplement the “This Week in Psychoactives” weekly column on this blog.

This Week in Psychedelics 10.26.18 Will Be Delayed

This week’s TWIP column will be a bit delayed, as I’m going to be taking a short break from blogging for a few days. In fact, I am hitting the road tomorrow and heading to northern Florida for this year’s Hulaween music festival. This will be my third consecutive year attending the festival, and I’m super stoked to kick back, relax, and enjoy some awesome music and mindbending light shows for a few days.
